HE1000: Critical Reading and Thinking
Every fall and spring semester, the LSC offers a two-credit course, HE1000:
Critical Reading and Thinking, in which students work on developing
and applying a wide range of study skills, including time management,
making the most of one's learning style, reading efficiently, taking useful
notes, preparing for tests and others. In the optional reading lab students
focus on increasing reading speed and comprehension.
